Unfortunately, it was my worst buying experience on Aliexpress since 2017, and perhaps my last. The seller’s liability is only marginal and is limited to the fact that they ship without a postal recommendation with the recipient’s signature on delivery, this contributed to the theft of the goods claimed delivered, without this being true, by the postal carrier. Complaint to the postal courier company served no purpose, only a referral to the seller who, according to them, might know where the shipment ended up. The request for information to the seller was completely ignored by him. The disappointment in the degradation of service is great. Such a situation creates the conditions for a rethink about buying from a site that cannot really guarantee delivery. An improvement in the system, even if with an increase in prices, that includes a handwritten signature, or code, of the recipient demonstrating the actual delivery of the goods to the buyer or his or her designee is essential.
